"81 Years Young - Pain Gone!"
"I am 81 years young and would like to continue to live well as I age. I was surprised when my back and right hip started to ache as I have not had back problems before. Over about two months the pain increased and went all the way down my right leg. Before I knew it, I was using a cane.

"I had unsuccessful back surgery in my early 20's and started taking pain killers. After three pregnancies and years spent standing on my feet at work, even pain killers didn't help much after a while. "I've been using this technique for about 4 months and my back feels normal, like I was never incapacitated.
I kind of have amnesia about what it used to be like, but my roommate keeps reminding me when she notices that I am doing yardwork, hauling trash or doing laundry. The basic technique is something I pretty much do all the time now, everyday. I wonder if people who never have back pain practice the technique unconsciously . . . but in any case, it seems to be working for me.
